I get the vibe that if you’re respectful and follow the rules you’ll get the same in return. All in all I’d say don’t believe everything that you read online and give these folks a chance. The park was very quiet and comfortable and relaxing. Dan and Jessica were very helpful in the store providing farm fresh eggs and helping our daughter find a spice for dinner that I had forgotten. We felt comfortable letting our kids go to the playground knowing that they weren’t going to get ran over and our dogs could be off leash in the designated area without concerns of running out in front of cars. it’s not like you’re driving a mile to your spot. Sure are they very strict about their 5 mph speed limit, yes! But in all honesty it put our minds at ease with kids and dogs. From the time that we checked into the time that we left everything about Fairmont RV resort was great. I’d like to say that we were very pleasantly surprised when our experience was the complete opposite of everything that we read. It has been a very pleasant experience and we will miss Dan and Shaggy.…Īfter reading the reviews online we were pretty hesitant to go through with our weekend reservations here. ![]() We are so thankful that we decided to stay here over other parks in the area. The park is clean, quiet and very well kept. While we were here we made use of the Fairmont Hot Springs by purchasing a 3 month pass. It was just fine and all I cared about was hot water and a clean shower. I’m 5’10” and I just made use of 1 of the 2 little benches in the shower. Someone had mentioned the shower heads being short. There were a few times we had to use the showers and there was plenty of hot water and the showers have plenty of room. The laundry, bathrooms and showers are well kept. Just be an adult, be respectful and follow the rules. ![]() Keep your area clean, keep your dogs managed and cleaned up after and you won’t have a problem at all. It helps keep everyone safe and the roads well kept. The 5mph rule is there for a reason and it’s not hard to abide by. We never had any issues and Dan has been more than accommodating and kind since day one.
